I have a penny stock that I have carried for 2 years now. That stock constantly fluctuates from 0.0001 - 0.0002. There are a few times a month where the stock sells for 0.00005 or less. I have scoured the internet to try and find out where I can place an order for this stock at that price.

It looks as though I need an individual to place the order for me, since TD Ameritrade and the other major companies don't go to that decimal point. Can someone PLEASE provide me a little guidance on this issue, so I can go ahead and place this one off order? Thanks so much for your time and assistance with this.
