Cysonic.....LOL...that would be nice but I give that about a 1% chance of happening. LOL too many high priced lawyers on Purdues side for them to miss a deadline.

but if it were to happen, IPCI lawyers would then be able to file for a default judgment. which tend to be granted. the courts are very very strict when it comes to deadlines. you either file the appropriate paperwork on time or you request a continuance and request additional time before the deadline, but you do not miss a deadline LOL....
