The evidence points to a problem

The evidence clearly points to a problem with the reassembly of the decortication, fiber cleaning, and MacTavish lines.

HEMP's CEO hasn't provided logical reasons for the delays and the need to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to buy a brand new grinder/shredder and the supporting machinery, which wasn't needed in the original Kenactiv Innovation/Biotech Mills plant.
