Per HEMP's Transfer Agent, OS now 1,957,306,688

The OTCMarkets profile page for HEMP hasn't been updated in nearly a year, and shows that there were 754M OS (Outstanding Shares) as of the June 30, 2016.

HEMP's 1Q/17 filing shows that as of March 31, 2017, there were 1,748,651,127 shares outstanding (OTCMarkets should be updated to reflect this):

I call HEMP's Transfer Agent every few weeks to check the up-to-date, current OS. When I wrote that post yesterday, I based the 1.9B share estimate on my May 18, 2017 TA call, where I was told that the OS was 1.844B.

I called again a few minutes ago, and was told that as of today, HEMP's OS is now 1,957,306,688 shares (approaching 2B,) which is an increase of 208.7M shares (12%) from the end of March.

On May 8, 2017 (two weeks before HEMP filed the 1Q/17 report,) I posted a record of my calls to the TA. Here are the dates and amounts, which now include my mid-May and today's calls:

Call Date - Outstanding Shares
12/31/16 - 1,232,057,331
1/9/2017 - 1,362,522,331
1/18/2017 - 1,432,410,664
1/27/2017 - 1,490,469,956
2/16/2017 - 1,619,268,575
3/8/2017 - 1,717,198,663
3/31/2017 - 1,748,651,127 <-- Same as reported by Hemp on 5/22/17
4/6/2017 - 1,772,216,171
4/20/2017 - 1,797,216,171
5/1/2017 - 1,814,915,286
5/18/2017 - 1,844,915,286
6/6/2017 - 1,957,306,688

Finally, as to the machinery and the rumors of parts of it being broken, it is the most logical conclusion based on the evidence and Perlowin's actions:

1) Dec 9, 2015: Perlowin says that decortication line "... is expected to be fully operational by the second quarter of 2016."

2) January 14, 2016: Dave Schmitt (Chief Operating Officer) says that HEMP "... received our first shipment of duct work for the Temafa decortication line. We will begin assembling the duct work very soon."

3) Spring, 2017: HEMP purchases and installs a large shredder/grinder, and Perlowin states that the plan is to grind the whole kenaf stalks without decorticating the outer fiber first, then mill the result into powders. This expenditure would not be needed if the decorticator and MacTavish lines were operational

4) March 21, 2017: Perlowin posts a video of tour of the decorticator/fiber cleaning portion of the plant. In the foreground are the many boxes containing hundreds of feet of ducting that has been sitting since January, 2016, and no progress on the wiring can be observed.

If there was not a problem with the decorticator and cleaning line:

1) Why has its completion stalled?
2) Why hasn't HEMP begun to reassemble the MacTavish line?
3) Why has Bruce spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to buy and install a grinder/shredder to feed the mill, instead of spending it to get the decorticator and MacTavish lines operational?

The only logical conclusion is that there is a serious problem with the old Temafa machinery.
