The PR says that it is expected during this week. Unfortunately, the Mexican government has apparently decided to make it difficult for US companies to provide jobs for Mexicans by slowing imports. The technique is simple. Require detailed inspections - including unloading of cargoes - and assessing fees for that "service". Not only does it make it difficult and time consuming to ship to Mexico, but it runs up the cost of the items being shipped.

Sort of a Pyrrhic victory. Those costs, and especially the unpredictability of delivery, discourages small companies from selling products to Mexicans and raises the cost for Mexican consumers.
