That is my understanding as well.

The UPLIST to the QB will indicate to investors of SEC reporting compliance, transparency and the like, allowing the company to GLOW.

Just like another stock I'm in going thru the same process as we speak.

Overly optimistic speculation, creates unrealistic expectations, resulting in extreme disappointment.
