who said the 8K wasn't going to be filed on the MOU?

two things P2O investors can count on is mgmt's ability to file consistently
and communicate shareholder updates conservatively

the first is understandable .. imo the 2nd is less so

it's going on 4 years in August since P2O was wrested back and RH was installed as CEO

having traveled a week ago today so *live* viewing of tape of trades
wasn't in play .. the 8k was filed b4 mkt opened allowing *set up*
of targeted trade to bypass known longs' bids to reset 52 week low

.. one would think mgmt would have learned to file an
update to accompany the 8k at this point .. but regardless even if done
the odds of the ability to *reset* would have been in play .. because
as was noted in this venue 2 years ago .. 5c was the new 10c .. and
going forward .. it's pretty clear that 025c to 1c has to be in *play*
re: NRs' *monies*

shorting (abusive or otherwise) only works when one can part shares
systematically and relentlessly compress and stall via wash trading

nothing anyone with interest hasn't seen on PTOI's tapes of trades
since PTOI was *last* RUN in Jan 2013 .. 4.5 years ago

the point about *volume* and P2O is beyond simple but apparently eludes some

when *successful* in parting actual P2O investors from their shares
volume increases .. it doesn't decrease .. PTOI's volume has consistently
deceased each successive year since 2013 .. P2O has investors and
has since inception .. with all that that implies .. it's why *hand off*
after the now statistically volume irrelevant *run* of 2009 was an epic fail

re: OTC *targets* .. the given is .. if NR is able to .. PPS will be relentlessly compressed
provided the OTC target still exists (survives)

it is what it is .. imo it's no secret what NRs' *goal* has been for P2O investors for years

and none of that will matter with P2O's ability to execute

sector is emerging on a global scale .. and as of today .. P2O still survives
