How does he know? Unless he has spoken to Mathilda (Mati) as he claims? Can we at least confirm they opened two more branches?

Perhaps Mathilda didn't want to talk to you because you were a known and frequent caller? Perhaps she is answering calls because the other guy left? Or perhaps she is answering calls because she is more confident that they will file soon?
