In 2012 LLBO founded an affiliate: Cyrcadia. For doing that it retrieved 8M shares Cyrcadia (note 7 of annual report) and 5% of the first 50M revenues and 3% of the rest (extra). So LLBO became in essence stockholder of Cyrcadia.

Also stated that 8M =33% of ongoing shares Cyrcadia (note 12) so OS Cyrcadia= 24M

For patents transfer LLBO retrieves 4,67M shares Cyrcadia (note 12) so
OS Cyrcadia =28,67M and
LLBO owns 12,67M shares Cyrcadia

In stockholder meeting Cyrcadia stated that they are raising 6,5M extra shares: then
