As an investor, I know Will has not done this before. There will be missteps.

His name is on the company and his tweets can be used against him if he does cut and run.

This doesn't have to look pretty so long as it works.

I believe it will, at which point this is no longer an empty shell.

So again, wait. If you can't or won't wait, invest elsewhere.
