My best guess is an initial position by a promotion firm who wanted to test the interest, how easily it might rise, and see if there were any big sellers or diluters before moving forward. Not sure how long most promos take to get things started but expecting more volume fairly soon as they add to the initial position and then tons of tweets and new faces pumping here. If it was an insider buying shares they wouldn't have thrown up huge fake bid.
