After talking with over weekend, everyone was right. And it was very clear of his Mission . There will never be audit. Has to many skeletons and no one will sign off on audit. I dumped (all) of my shares first thing this morning . I do have to stay thank you very much of all your DD work.. I did need a big right off this year.. but it's to bad he running this Ponzi's scheme.... he did find a well like tequila. You are very right management incompetent don't know how to run a business and can't stick to the business plan.. but it's gone on too far too long and it needs to be stopped and I'm wishing someone will stop it. That individual with all of this manipulation bullshit PR's lying Twitter you guys catch every single one of them and make it well known why don't the authorities stop it????Thanks again Carini
