it sounds like you guys don't believe anything that is happening on government webpages/offices ..i have nothing to prove/have no other answers for you ..

i simply monitor things and saw this IBRC update. i have no idea if it's a scam prior to today, but the namechange and ceo change are 100% real imo.

i am positive things are moving forward as recent PR's hint at.

ignore everything i have found if you wish it will not bother me lol
