Lesson learned. Where did we go wrong?

He had no experience.
He took videos of empty rooms, knowing it was fluff.
He said all of the right things, knowing he was a long way from being a real company.
He used a meeting with one of the Cubans to add to his fluff story.
He couldn't even get a STOP sign removed on a timely basis.
He did nothing to tamp down the hysteria and price increase.
He was the predator, acting humble and giggling.
We were the prey.
He never sent us money.
We sent him thousands.
He enlisted credible people who are doing this part-time, at best.
He used his acting to seduce novice investors.
The pumpers arrived, as they always do, and then disappeared.
The pps went to .01, with no revenue, no product, no real company.
Yet, the pps of a company like AGCS, with a history of increasing revenues and profits, stays well below .01.
After 5 consecutive years of audited growth and profits, UCPA finally reaches .01.
Yet, we listened to the screaming pumpers, as they stole our money, and believed in an empty suit who could not think his way out of a scrabble game.

Lesson learned. We are not bad people or bad investors. We believed and we were impatient and acted on impulse.

Ol' Giggles knew exactly what he was doing, every step of the way.

He just didn't care. Someone should tell him that.
