I plan on getting this for a long hold. If you cpuld help with with a few questions I would greatly appreciate it.

Why has the stock price dropped so much over the years?

How is it new if the company has been around for quite sometime?

I'm not trying to debate or be negative towards this stock, I just need a few answera before I make a big purchase.
