Considering 1.8B shares were traded in the last 2 weeks and this NBF company needed to sell 1.8B shares at .0002/share (50% discount based on .0004 current price) to settle the debt, I'm guessing that most if not all of the debt has been settled.

The MM's have been buying shares at .0002 and selling them off at .0004. If it weren't for the MM's, this stock would have tanked and HAON would have had to increase it's A/S by at least a billion shares.
