Each time an 8k has come out, most (or at least half) of the shares have been absorbed already. This time, since VNDM is still sitting at 0.01, it appears that all of the shares have already been absorbed. If we get some buying pressure, we will move up.

We need EXOL to close in the 0.005s one day, and that should be the turning point everybody is looking for.
