We don't even know what the float is. It's being kept secret...and for a reason that probably only benefits shareholders. After all, isn't it just a number? But if it's being significantly reduced while "legal documents" are finalized, it becomes valuable.

For that to happen, the float will have to be significantly reduced. Simple.



It has most likely been heavily reduced imo.
