Great thinking, humanitarian. If God didn't want people to suffer agonizing pain, He wouldn't have given them cancer in the first place huh? By the way it is not illegal for doctors to prescribe Subsys for other agonizing pain despite implications to the contrary.

Insys itself has long admitted to misdeeds by a former CEO and others while the FDA has just approved new cannabinoid pain relievers and therapeutics for Insys.

Amid all the trashing INSY has been a big winner recently.
