Exactly - 1 chance at a first impression

If they did it already we could be higher in June 2017 - but management can't sell in June 2017 so they don't care

They may feel the 2019 price will be better, by getting on the radar when their ducks are in a row (say oct 2017) than if they did it in June.

I'd rather our income be higher and our debt lower prior to the first time many people find us.
