Results of board Survey:

Research shows there's currently over 35,000 brick and mortar dispensaries, and vape and smoke shops in the U.S.

There's also over 12,000 brick and mortar vape shops in Europe. Neither of these estimates reflect online sales.

Market research analysts at Beige Market Intelligence, expect the Worldwide Vape Products Market to reach approx. $32.11 billion by 2021.

North America accounted for the largest market share of more than 40% of the market in 2015; it is expected to grow at a high CAGR of around 27% between 2015 and 2021. However, APAC market is expected to account for a share of around 21% of the market in 2021.

The North American marijuana market posted $6.7 billion in revenue in 2016, up 30% from the year before, according to a recent report from Arcview Market Research.

The green rush shows no sign of slowing down.

Arcview projects sales will grow at a compound annual growth rate of 25% through 2021, when the North American market is expected to top $20.2 billion.

"The only consumer industry categories I've seen reach $5 billion in annual spending and then post anything like 25% compound annual growth in the next five years are cable television (19%) in the 1990s and the broadband internet (29%) in the 2000s," Tom Adams, editor in chief of Arcview Market Research, said in a statement.

VPOR is currently poised to capture a notable market share of ancillary products currently offered by these growth segments, both domestic and worldwide when segmented on the basis of distribution channels and geographical region -- the opportunities appear to be endless if management takes a progressive role to introduce Easy Grinder and capture the interest of their targeted consumer that currently don't have a viable alternative in a similar product. Capturing a minute fraction of combined 52 billion market share represents multi-millions in potential revenue growth by 2021.

This survey was a snapshot of popular sentiment on this board that encompasses a small sampling of respondents. A summary, with EPS estimation based on these results is included following the chart.

Based on your responses to the survey which includes 30 investors who participated, results show:

Average of 68% of 47,000 combined B&M U.S. and European market will be interested in ordering Easy Grinder, equaling 31,960 shops combined.

Survey shows 48% will be interested in ordering 20 units (min requirement for wholesale account) equaling 639,200 units multiplied by $49/wholesale per unit = $31,320,800 gross sales.

Survey also shows of those that place an initial order, 50% will likely re-order, followed by 50% would reorder and add units.

Based on the results of this survey, and taking into account 40% (conservative) margin, Easy Grinder will net approximately $12,528,320 in sales for the first year (FY17), 30% margin will net $9,396,240. and applying a conservative 22 point multiple gives us a .055 EPS, or .0413 respectively, while taking into account the current share structure.

22 point multiple is minimum industry average for their sector, and it doesn't take into account that MMJ companies trade at upwards of 30 to 40, and at times higher multiples. However, I'd like to be conservative and consider the lower multiples with calculations and margins.

It also doesn't take into account direct retail or online sales which are priced at the regular $99 ppt.

I hope this was helpful in understanding future potential by applying your estimation to the results. I was pleased to see folks were being honest in their response which allowed me to calculate numbers that weren't outside the realm of possibility. Thank you for your participation.
