It will be difficult. the 737MAX is significantly more efficient than a 30 year old 767. better fuel efficiency, fewer crew and lower CASM. You can beat the "widebody vs narrowbody drum, but at the end of the day most people want a good price. The coach seat and in-cabin amenities on a new 737MAX is probably more comfortable than one on a 767, as well.
