Does not necessarily mean that those are diluted shares. Sometimes when deals are made shares are issued to individuals, corporations, or other entities as payment for services rendered. Sometimes those shares hit the markets, and other times they are held by these institutions to see if they can increase their investment in the company. No gigantic big block sells have occurred, so it makes me think that actually this could be a good thing because they may have some type of deal or financing agreement to announce that may allow them to do something that could really increase the value of the stock. If they finally have funding, then there are possibilities for big things here. I would expect some type of news announcement shortly.
