From my lawyer
He said that there is nothing in there too worry about. They had to finish the old debt from the old company. The longer term debt doesn't have to paid until next year or longer. He said bishop and Mariel reduced their shares to pay the debt. It was only for $14,800 so they did sell enough of their shares at .00005. to cover the debt. he said that it a good thing that he actually cares about the stock price. They have no debt short term which is great. It's a debt free company. He said he is 100% fact that the ER was good. They did not dilute at all. The shares were cancelled and didn't raise the float. They have $25,000 in cash. It's a new company give it time. He also said that the lawyers letters to the OTC where spot on. Looks like they are doing everything right. The long term debt is $430,000 which doesn't have to be paid for at least a year. They can refinance this or pay from the revenue at a later date.
Shares were retired and cancelled. That is huge.
Bishop and Mariel now have 123,000,000 and not 272,500,000 shares.
