Doing a bit of googling tonight and found some interesting things starting with Primoh. First I accidentally went to Primoh! which has founders of Tony and Thomas Asefi. "ASEFI" so I was like hmmmm;

After digging in more I found they have their own Capital - Asefi Capital, Inc.

They were also founders of GAITS - Global Analytic Information Technology Services LLC

And then leaked in to Rajan Natarajan who has an unbelievable network in the 8K Miles Software Services Ltd:

NOTHING really crazy here but it is interesting that Tony and Thomas Asefi started a company called PRIMOH! and now there is a new company called Primoh and Wais and TXHD are involved.

Also the Asefi Capital has had GOVT contracts as well in Virginia,
I wonder if that is how Aspire got involved with TXHD? Through the Asefi brothers?
