Gotta say I think your opinion is way off. There has been motions by Apple that are being shot down my the administration Law Judge and Andrea is again looking good for a win here. How is the USITC going to look when they have a case in the past settle before it's over then try a case and have the defendant's win the next time around? Kind of pins judges against each other... Not a good working environment at the USITC. Andrea will win this all the way home to the island...
