90 % of the time they are not good for the shareholder. I have seen a few where news is released afterwards, and then with the lower share count, the stock goes high.

Essentially the damage is typically done once the rs is announced as shareholders typically don't like the announcement of it.

I really can't say whether you should sell now or not. Depends on your entry price and your risk tolerance, etc... If you bought at 0.0001 and you can manage to sell at 0.0001 then it would be the easiest way to walk out. No gain, no loss.
