DiNelly´s LOI with PM&E Inc., closed on Dec 16th, 2016 has been terminated today, March 23. 2017 by unnanimous shareholder vote. Since January 31., 2017 PM&E has been overdue with the fullfillment of it´s contractual obligations. Attempts to resolve the issues with the PM&E management have failed.
The management of DiNelly Aircraft Inc. reserves all rights to explore and take legal action for damages incurred.
