Scott has been sell only forever...IMO, Bates is just waiting out auto delist, less complicated than BK and no assets to recover for Chapter 7 and nothing to reorg for Chapter 11, so BK might not actually be a viable option....the Mount Vernon attorney basically said the same thing quite a while ago, just waiting for inevitable flatline...
