I disagree. Why are 2 guys who have deferred salaries, buying shares better than 1? All it shows is that 1 has more money than the other. The fact that any of the top officers of a company, who have complete access to all clinical results, are buying 20,000-50,000 shares every single day is all that's needed. It shows everything there is to see about what's going on.
They might have different views on investing.
If I had 20,000,000 shares I'm not sure I'd be buying any more shares either, like Collier.
So clearly Mann knows that every dollar he spends now is worth $50 or more in the future and he wants as many as he can get. He might have lots of kids/grandkids future he's thinking about.

To me, having 2 jackpot winning powerball tickets is useless. The jackpot is still the same. So whether both top officers are buying or just 1, doesn't matter to me. The fact that anybody is buying, coupled with the fact that we are in about 7 different preclinical tests right now and have gotten our notes consolidated into 1 much more company friendly situation, is ALL I need to know to keep me buying as well.

If Collier bought 5,000 a day and Mann bought 5,000 a day, would you feel better than just Mann buying 20,000+ a day?
