Compare the power point presentation they passed out a few months earlier when they were raising lots of cash to the one they uploaded on the SEC web site under that registrant. The fraud is in the FDA stage of completion. They never were as complete as they said they were initially and were Investors relied upon the fraudulent representations among other inconsistencies.
