My honest projection has always been September. It's the sell in May and go away during the summer, no action, mkt action is limited in the summer. Come Fall, the mkt heats up and more participants back trading/investing. That's why I believe the delay is being made.....until Sept. I want to be wrong, but I believe that's the timeframe for filing.
