This is a pure down right shame, that we talk about how good the products are with this company and how we believe in the potential of the company and all we ask is for them to say something. Anything. This is a shame.

I wonder if Bob would want his employees to treat him this way.

Hi Boss (BOB) this is Tom, I'll be in late today, sorry. My wife is wanting to get pregant and I want to be there. I'll be in later. He shows up the next day. Sorry about that Bob. Well Tom I lost a lot of confidance in you today, you told me that you'd be in late and you never showed up. We'll Bob, I thought that was a norm around here.

I'm suprised he has any help.



I've emailed Bob a couple of times now and I haven't heard a damm thing back.
