Q1 looking a HELL of a lot BETTER_NOW_THAT_THE_TRUTH_IS_COMING_OUT!

Bishop and Reyes surrendered 148.5mil shares to pay debt on May 8.

The shares were cancelled and did not increase the OUTSTANDING SHARES...SO NO DILUTION.

Short Term Debt was reduced from 1.2mil to 430k.

Looks like Bishop is doing a pretty great job for a newb doesn't it?????

He inherited a lemon and is making lemonade.

If anyone says they have an investment philosophy, remind them that a monkey picked a winning portfolio over a fund manager...then fling your poop at them.
