This is the kind of stuff that is troubling. You have no idea what kind of relationship Raffy has/had with Tillerson. That is a wild speculation. What would the former head of the largest oil company in the world want to do with some fly by night oil company wannabe?

The truth is that Raffy has been playing on the pink sheets for years. He really has no success to write about. Everything about PGPM right now is simply speculation. Rafeal Pinedo has a very questionable reputation. He is not well renowned or respected in the industry. The fact that he is once again trying to make a go with yet another gas & oil company makes him suspect. I mean, who is Alpha Petroleum? Every company he listed as beneficial shareholders he is the head of! Makes one wonder.

I can file an LLC for $300. I can get an accounting firm to look at a bunch of numbers I put down and verify, NOT AUDITED, verify for about $300. I can put press releases out etc., I can have moles post on stock boards, I can do many of the things that are happening right now as easy as 1-2-3. None of this makes PGPM anything.

With Raffy's background, why do think it is taking so long for the OTC to approve the removal of the CE? That is why it is such a big deal. If it ever does come down, then maybe Raffy is cleaning up his act.

Until that happens, this is a pipe dream.
