I would think if they REALLY wanted their info to be released they would have already made an announcement of the reason for the delay and their decision as to a new auditor.

This was like a free pass/excuse for them if they wanted it 13 months ago but, obviously, they must have other reasons for not using their trump card.

..oh, and the fact that they recently reported that the company with the 13 month old cease-and-desist order was still working on the audit...
