Should shareholders be impressed by "trying"??

Management are employees!! They get paid!! Damn straight they are "trying" that is their JOB!

We can hand out gold stars for "trying" when that trying actually results in positive results.

They are trying, no question. They're improving their Social media outreach. They are trying to focus on more profitable side of the business.
Long-term outlook is favorable IMO. It's the short-time that I'm worried about.
