So to summarize, TMM does NOT own any VDK 1.x code or any VDK 2.0 code or ANYTHING else from Iterated. Does HP care about TMM still having illegal copies of 1.x? Probably not its worthless. Does it really matter that TMM has stolen copies of VDK 2.0? My guess is no since they have never had anyone capable of loading the CD its on much less understanding it. And I would think the current versions Dimension has are light years ahead by this point given their many patents on it.
BUT TMM is still slighting the LEGAL Dimension title to the codec, which is ongoing financial harm to the value of it and to the company. And who knows maybe they dont even want them having a stolen copy youll have to ask them.
