This is a low float play, share structure is what is haooening here, 99% of these OTC's are bloated with 1billion plus shares. ELED has 250M Authorized shares. once the float is locked its moves fast fast. like last run that was 500% with 20mil volume. some stocks hit 500M volume and go up only 5%. if everyone understood the concept and stuck with it we would be the next OWCP and run to dollars++++ #Holdingstrong
