Janice, its business plain and simple. These 2 prior employees didnt perform to the standard they were hired to perform. Its quite simple. Out of 200 employees, only 2 of which held executive positions have filed a complaint. Why no one else? Also, why file a complaint when the merger is about to be complete? Looks very suspicious given all the positive events currently unfolding for McCusker Holdings. The Oshana deal, well thats business... If you think this sort of thing doesnt take place with the blue chip stocks, or other billion dollar companies, then you must be living under a rock. The classic, 'file a lawsuit for free money game' will be dismissed and not a concern here moving forward. Also, I find it funny none of the lower level employees have filed a complaint, fishy, fishy fishy....
