Interesting.

I just got an email from Matt saying people were reporting slowness again. Checked and we were running about 90% utilization non-stop.

Here's the problem: http://lists.insecure.org/lists/incidents/2003/May/0048.html

Others have reported that they can't end the process (SMSX.EXE), but I was able to and utilization plummeted immediately. Site should be very speedy right now.

I'm going to find the executable, zap it, and will reboot after the close.
