Good Afternoon UATG investors. I am new to the forum but have many shares in the company for almost a year now. I have to lost around 57% of my money and I do to get frustrated with the lack of communication on the CEO's part, but as an investor, I have learned that somethings just take time. I have read a lot of their PR's they posted, I feel good about the company, although I have to cash out come July because I am using this money for our first newborn, so I do indeed hope they at least make my money back. This company has a lot to offer, My wife, who is an agent with State Farm is also very intelligent when it comes to money and stocks (was a financial advisor), so when I read a statement of their PR about saying the $250,000.00 capitol infusion and $5,000,000.00 outside investment with bringing in people to look at their set up, she told me "that's good stuff". Also, for a company that doesn't post very much, can get us investors angry easily. BUT, it also means there is no garbage being thrown out either. As for the assets and cash in hand, and very little debt, that's good there too. The only bad thing they have going is no sales or lack of reporting sales. I am assuming they did not get their gun permits to manufacture since we haven't heard about that in a while and I am assuming that the money of the capitol infusion may be coming from there and being put into their medical area, but please don't hold me to that. NOW, as for the famous yield sign on the OTC market that people talked about, it was there at one point, I just checked and it is gone now. Inspector Joe, you are not the only one who lost a lot of money, but we all have to remember this one thing, we had times when we could have cashed out and moved on. But, just like us all, we are very anxious to see what happens, this is why we stay. This is stock trading, and stock trading has no guarantees, has no feelings, and will take you for a ride in a beat up truck or a Ferrari. We just have to make the right calls on when to get out, even if that means we take a loss.
