I was a believer, but I just sold my shares of $XTRN because I found the same exact article about NDOT posted in 2012: http://www.marketwired.com/press-release/state-nevada-department-transportation-supports-las-vegas-railway-express-inc-x-train-otcbb-xtrn-1629374.htm

There is also no volume on $XREE. Feels fishy, I'm sorry. Convince me why this is not a big red flag and maybe I'll jump back in...
