When you don't report, as George has not. Convertible notes have a 1 year restriction. Two things are happening.

1. Notes are coming into maturity from last year?
2. George himself is selling, as he had a multiple year restriction on his position.

Wildcard. Is George gearing up to spend and re-invest for another massive pump? Or is he just cashing out?

O/S as of 1 minute ago = 283 million. MAJOR dilution past 3 months.
