Chicago used to be under two miles of ice. Climate change is normal. You can use "unprecedented" all you want. Haven't heard ANY science from you.

It seems to me that BAA has little downside at this point. I can't see them doing another R/S anytime soon. Their cost/oz is pretty good with an improving trend. The insiders own most of the stock, so hopefully their greed has been satisfied for now. Can you share your thoughts?
