Yes, that is the goal... Otherwise CCTC's stock price will crater...

The question really is how do they aquire the capital to pay for these things? At what cost to the company and shareholders does this capital come? Can they even get the capital these moves would require?

By mid-june we should know the answer to these questions... If CCTC tries to push the goal posts back again with fluffy PRs sell and take your losses... Because if it doesn't happen in literally the best political landscape they will ever get then it isn't ever going to happen and it becomes about capital preservation...

Would be nice to get an update on the DOE testing as well...
