When EXOL was over 0.20 last year (before September 2016), there was no market established for EXOL. Look at the historical volume for each day. Essentially EXOL was not even traded then. Most days were zero volume up until October 2014. This is when EXOL began to be traded, and this is when you can start to consider the stock price for EXOL.
