I've been calling the TA every single day for the past 2 weeks to find out more information about the float. I literally just got off the phone with them, and they informed me that they are in possession of the cancellation certificates, but have not received the "legal documentation" to confirm the reductions.

There is a lot of emphasis on these legal documents. What kind of sensitive information could they contain?

I strongly believe that there is a merger in the works, and that's the reason why the float is not being released to the investment community. Once it's finalized, I would not be surprised to see over 1 BILLION shares reduced from the float due to newly restricted shares.
