The question nobody is asking:

Why would Dequn Wang give up such a huge percentage of his company to people who had nothing to do with it just for the sake of going public?

He didn't raise funds from DOLV shareholders to start the company. No DOLV shareholder works for his company. As far as the common share holders are concerned - they are worthless to him. Probably why he hasn't converted his prefs into commons.
