Once the debt seller tanks the shares, the company will likely be rebooted into a marijuana company with funds from the Vanis educational trust or merged with another well known OTC company to form a new company. Wash and repeat.

This sucks but this is the way companies like MINE operate. My gut feel is 2018 will be a ticker to play for major gains.
